  • Order and payment details. Card payments are handled by our payment provider, and we do not store full card numbers.

We use your information to assess whether a treatment is suitable for you, to supply and deliver medicines and other products, to keep accurate pharmacy and clinical records, to take payment, to contact you about your order or care, and to meet our legal and regulatory duties.

We share your information only where it is needed to provide your care or run the service. This can include the prescribers and clinicians involved in your treatment, your GP where appropriate and with your agreement, delivery couriers, our payment and technology providers, and regulators or public bodies where the law requires it.

We keep pharmacy and clinical records for as long as professional and legal requirements say we must, and we delete or anonymise information we no longer need.
